When do I start paying license fees?

When you partner with Les Mills, your license fees will commence either:

  1. Once you have launched the program in your centre. You have up to three months to launch each program you acquire. After this three month period, license fees are automatically due. These payments will be billed to you on the first day of that month.
  2. or
  3. When you send your Instructors to a Les Mills training module. In this instance, you will be billed one month after your Instructors complete and pass their training modules.

When are my license fees due?

Your license fees are due on the first day of every month.

What do I do if I have lost my eClub password?

If you happen to misplace your eClub password, please contact our Customer Service Team on (02) 6282 8192 or email ask@lesmills.net.au . They will be able to find your username and password with the click of a mouse.

How long after a workshop should I wait before launching my programs?

The suggested time before your launch is usually a minimum of two weeks following the quarterly launch in your state. This ensures that your Instructors have enough time to learn the chorography and also gives you time to prepare your sales and reception staff for the membership enquiries that will occur on the launch day. It also gives you enough time to create a promotional plan and get your existing and potential members excited about coming along on the day.
