The Process

It is easy for you to become a Les Mills group fitness provider. All you need to do is become a Les Mills Licensee.

The process is as simple as following these steps

  1. Call the Les Mills Sales Department
  2. Give the Les Mills Sales Department a call on (02) 6282 8192. They will be able to help analyse your market and determine which programs would suit your fitness centre.

  3. Review, authorise and return your license agreement
  4. Check that your license agreement is correct, with all the programs that you wish to deliver. Authorise it and return it to the Les Mills Sales Department.

  5. Organise Marketing Material
  6. Make use of the Les Mills marketing material . You can either log onto eClub or call the Customer Service Team on (02) 6282 8192.

  7. Recruit a certified Les Mills Instructor to Deliver Your Classes
  8. To recruit staff to deliver your classes, you have three options.

    1. Recruit existing instructors from a list of instructors.
    2. There is a list available to you of instructors that are trained and ready in each Les Mills Program.

    3. Advertise that you are looking for instructors
    4. You can advertise that you are looking for instructors. You can do this in revolution or on this website.

    5. Train your own instructors
    6. We are able to hold off on your license fees until you have your own instructors trained. For the process of getting instructors trained, view the Instructor Training and Development page.

  9. Set Up Your Group Fitness Room
  10. Our sales team can give you advice on the best way to set up your group fitness room.

  11. Ensure You Market and Promote the Exciting New Program
  12. Your new program is going to be a fantastic draw card for both new and existing members. Ensure you make the most of your new investment by using all resources that are available to you. If you need assistance on the best way to use the marketing resources available to you, you may like to consider attending the Group Fitness Management (GFM) seminar

  13. Launch the new program with energy and enthusiasm
  14. The way you launch your program is up to you. The more exciting your launch, the greater the response you will have from your participants. Be creative!

  15. Call Les Mills Asia Pacific to Pass on Your Launch Success Story
  16. We love to hear of your success. Pass on your story and it may be featured in the next issue of Revolution.
