Yes, you can use LES MILLS On Demand when you travel. There’s a simple 3 step process to make sure you can access your favorite workouts, anywhere.

  • STEP ONE: Make sure you’re all signed up for LES MILLS On Demand. You can register here.
  • STEP TWO: Download the LES MILLS On Demand app for your device before you leave home, then sign in.
  • STEP THREE: Connect to a good WiFi signal, choose your workout, and go for it!

Using an iOS device? With the LES MILLS On Demand iOS app, you can download workouts for up to 14 days and view them at your convenience.

If you want to use LMOD when travelling, please use one of our apps, as you will not be able to access the website from an unsupported country.

Yes. Les Mills On Demand offers a free 14-day trial on Monthly, 3-Monthly Annual plans for new customers to try out our entire portfolio of workouts. If you’re not satisfied within the 14 days, you can cancel your account before your trial ends and you will not be charged.

USING THE PLATFORM


Log in to your LES MILLS On Demand account by following these steps:

  • Download our app from the app store (download the latest iOS & Android apps)
  • Click SIGN IN and enter your registered email address (once) and press CONTINUE
  • You will receive an email to link your device with account. Click this link within 24 hours to complete activation.
  • Your app will refresh and you will be logged in, ready to start working out!

If you've tried logging in a few times and still haven't received your activation link, please check your spam and junk folders and be sure to add support@vhx.tv to your contacts. If no luck, email support@lesmillsondemand.com – there may be a typo in the email address entered when registering which we can fix straight away for you.

Yes. LES MILLS On Demand uses cookies to keep you logged in to your account. If you are having trouble logging in to your account, make sure your cookies are enabled on your browser.

You can download workouts to your Android or iOS device to work out without an internet connection.

  1. Download the LES MILLS On Demand app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.



  2. Open the app and find the workout you want to download.
  3. Tap the download button in the top right corner. The icon will update when the download begins.
  4. Your workout will be available in your Offline list.

Work out with LES MILLS On Demand anywhere, anytime with offline viewing, and downloads that never expire.

To cast a workout video to your TV using Chromecast you'll first need to select a workout video and press the play icon to start the video. Once the video is playing, press the Chromecast button on your screen before making it full screen, and select the device you would like to cast to. Once connected, your video will appear on your big screen and your device's screen will update to let you know you are casting.

If you're having trouble casting or cannot see the casting icon, please follow the steps below:

  1. From your device, open the Google Home app (if you do not have this app, you will need to download it here
  2. Click on the Devices button showing on the top right corner of screen
  3. Look for your Chromecast - if it's listed then it's on the same network as your device. If it's not, then it may be connected to another network. It will need to be connected to the same network as your device to pair correctly.
  4. Once you've confirmed your Chromecast is on the same network, please open the LES MILLS On Demand app and try casting again!

To download LES MILLS On Demand app on Apple TV, follow the steps below:

  • Download the LES MILLS On Demand channel and sign in with your registered email address.
  • An activation code will appear on screen – take note of this and visit the URL on the screen via your mobile phone or nearby computer to sync your Apple TV with your account.
  • The URL will take you to an activation page and ask you to enter in the unique activation code
  • A confirmation message will appear letting you know your device setup is complete.

To access On Demand from your ROKU device, you will first need to add the LES MILLS On Demand channel to your Roku - please ensure you have the latest version of the channel created in May 2018.

  1. Downloaded channel
  2. Click to open and sign in using your registered email address
  3. You will be shown an activation code and an URL to visit watch.lesmillsondemand.com/activate) via your phone or computer
  4. The page you land on will ask for your email address - please enter this in
  5. Go to your emails on your mobile device or computer and click on the activation link
  6. The page will refresh and ask you to enter this code which will link this device to your account
  7. Once activated, the page will refresh and confirm successful log in. LES MILLS On Demand will refresh on your Roku device and sign you in in so you can begin working out.

Need to log out of the LMOD Roku app?

To log out go to the menu bar on the right, click the 'settings' menu item and then once on the settings screen click 'log out' and then click 'yes' to confirm.

Our videos sit within sub-categories managed by a drop down menu next to the sorting menu in each category. "Full length" or "45 minute" selections reveal our longer classes, "Express" are our classes that are 30 minutes or less, "Remix" are our online exclusive remixed workouts and "Learn" are our educational and tutorial videos.

SQUAD in the navigation will link you through to our closed Facebook group. FORUMS is a user generated area to find like minded people and engage in challenges, feedback and goal setting. GETTING STARTED


LES MILLS On Demand workouts cater for all levels of fitness. Whether you are a beginner or train regularly our full suite of workouts and workout plans will help you smash your fitness goals. If strengthening and toning is what you’re after, BODYPUMP is the workout for you. If you’re keen to burn fat and send your cardio fitness through the roof, you can’t go past BODYCOMBAT. Whatever the program, there will be options to start slowly and take low-impact options throughout the workout. Check out our SMARTSTART section for advice on how to get started.

If you’re already exercising regularly and have a good base level of fitness, you might be ready to introduce some HIIT into your schedule with the LES MILLS GRIT Series.

Anyone, of any age or fitness level can work out with LES MILLS On Demand and see awesome fitness benefits. If you haven’t worked out with us before, click on the workout you want to access and watch it first. We mean that… kick back, relax and enjoy the music. Once you’ve seen what you’re about to do, you’ll feel more confident jumping in and giving it a go.

For your first workout, start with just 20 minutes of one workout and see how you go. If you’re tired, and feel like you’re short of breath then that’s enough. You’ll be able to do more next time.

Many of the LES MILLS On Demand workouts don’t require any equipment at all. All you need is space to move safely (we recommend at least 6sqm of clear space). All of our workouts also offer non-equipment alternatives.

BODYPUMP and LES MILLS GRIT Strength are weights-based workouts that use a barbell and/or weights plates, LES MILLS CORE requires a resistance band and weight plates and RPM requires a stationary cycle.

It’s important that you hydrate before and after your workout. You don’t need anything fancy, good old H2O will do the trick.

Yes! You can mark your favorite workouts from anywhere you access LES MILLS On Demand, and they will be remembered across all of your devices.

Our technique videos will help you master the moves for each program. We recommend you watch these before you start a workout for the first time. In addition, each workout contains technique guidance from our instructors - you must listen carefully and follow all guidance.

If at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities, or you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, you should discontinue exercising immediately.

You are responsible for exercising within your limits and assume all risk of injury to your person or property.



TYPES OF WORKOUTS


If you’re looking for a full-body weights workout, that will get you lean, toned and fit – fast, try BODYPUMP™.

You will need a barbell with weights and a bench, along with comfortable clothes and supportive shoes. Don’t worry if you’re an absolute beginner; we start you off with light weights and teach you to get stronger. You can even start off doing half classes for the first week. Increase the weights and duration as your strength and fitness increase.

You may be sore the day after you do BODYPUMP for the first few weeks; embrace this feeling! BODYPUMP really challenges all of your major muscle groups. We recommend you do no more than two or three classes a week, with at least a day off.

As long as you have been cleared by your midwife or doctor, BODYPUMP is fine for you to do if you are pregnant. We recommend some modifications to the workout for pregnancy; you can find them here.

Build your flexibility, strength and inner serenity with ourtwo yoga-fusion mind body workouts.

BODYBALANCE™ is ideal for anyone and everyone. You bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates which strengthen your body and lower your stress levels.

BODYBALANCE is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. It strengthens your entire body and leaves you feeling calm and centered.

Comfortable clothes and something warm to wear during the final relaxation phase are all you need. You don’t need shoes and yoga mats are optional. It’s fine if you’ve never done a yoga. Simply follow the instructors as they will show you all of the appropriate options.

You’ll feel real benefits from doing a class just once a week. Doing two or three classes a week will really help you improve.

BODYBALANCE can help maintain core control and muscle balance when you are pregnant; just check with your doctor or midwife before giving it a go. We recommend some modifications to the workout for pregnancy; you can find them here.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is our 30-minute high intensity interval training workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. It’s designed to challenge your fitness, and there are options throughout the workout so you can modify the intensity.

LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is designed to complement your training schedule, so doing a workout twice a week is enough to give you awesome results. All you need is your usual workout clothes and a big attitude.

LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is designed with set exercises that have safety and science at their core. They’ve all been tried and tested for safety and results. If you have any specific health concerns, check with your doctor first. High intensity interval training is not recommended if you are pregnant.

LES MILLS CORE™ is a targeted core workout designed to improve core strength which will build a stronger, leaner body.

The moves in LES MILLS CORE are simple and you choose the intensity, so it suits any fitness level. For awesome results, we recommend you do it two or three times per week.

All you’ll need is a single weight plate and a resistance tube (available at all leading sports stores). If you don’t have a weight plate, you can use a dumbbell, kettlebell, weight bag, sandbag or medicine ball. Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes too.

LES MILLS CORE can be a great workout during the first and second trimester of pregnancy with some modifications. You can find out more here.

BODYSTEP™ is a full-body cardio workout designed to shape and tone your body using simple step movements on a height adjustable step.

You will need a step or low bench, along with comfortable clothes and supportive shoes.

New to BODYSTEP? Don’t worry, there are options to suit everyone. If you’re using a height-adjustable step, start with a low step height. Focus on your feet before trying the arm movements and follow the options provided by the on-screen presenting team. It usually takes a few BODYSTEP workouts before you start to feel comfortable.

Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history.

RPM™ is a cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. All you need is a stationary bike. Tune in to some great music and get your pedals spinning as your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time.

The key to RPM is having your bike set up correctly - be sure to do this before you start. Some of the tracks in RPM involve getting off the bike seat. If this doesn’t work on your bike you can stay seated.

Most home bikes only require regular footwear, but if you have pedals designed for cycling shoes, you’ll need those too. If you’re unsure, unscrew your pedals and take them into your local cycling store - they can help you out.

We recommend you do RPM two or three times a week to get great fitness results. RPM can be a great workout during pregnancy, you may have to reduce the intensity and avoid some of the climbs out of the saddle - remember to chat with your doctor or midwife first.

BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that lets you punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up calories, fast. It’s perfect for releasing stress - you’ll have a blast and feel like a champ.

All you need for a BODYCOMBAT workout is light, supportive shoes, and a whole lot of energy and enthusiasm. For awesome results, we recommend you do BODYCOMBAT two to three times per week.

You don’t need any kind of martial arts experience. The instructors will demonstrate simpler and lower impact options for every move, so you can progress at your own pace and get an awesome workout at the same time.

We don’t recommend BODYCOMBAT during pregnancy.

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout, SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All the moves are relatively simple, so even the most inexperienced dancer will pick them up in no time.
