The multi-talented Rachael is Program Director for SH’BAM®, Co-Program Director for BODYCOMBAT® and also an International Master Trainer and Presenter for BODYJAM®. Rachael is also an inspiring educator who is passionate about upskilling LES MILLS™ instructors and devoted to motivating the global Les Mills tribe.
Rachael has attended a Wing Chun Kung Fu school, gone through Muay Thai training in Thailand and been tutored in various other martial arts. She has an Honors degree in Sports Management as well as qualifications in Drama and Classical and Contemporary Dance.
