No, you don’t. While LES MILLS LIVE events are incredible learning experiences for Instructors, everyone is welcome to attend, and all fitness levels are catered for.
The LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok experience features a curated mix of programs over two days, shaped by what our community has voted for. The Workout Line-Up differs across events and for this Bangkok event, it covers the newest and most popular programs in Bangkok and across Southeast Asia, which is where most attendees will come from.

Yes. Each participant may purchase one (1) ticket per session only, and all tickets must be registered under your own full legal name, exactly as it appears on your valid government issued identification (for example, Passport or National ID).
Multiple tickets may not be purchased under a single name for use by other participants.
No. To prevent scalping and reselling, LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok tickets are strictly nontransferable. All tickets must be registered using the participant’s full legal name, matching their valid government issued identification.
Any ticket found to be transferred, resold, or used by someone other than the registered participant will be cancelled without refund.
No. All tickets for LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok are non-refundable, including session tickets and VIP Add-on purchases.
Session tickets are fixed and nontransferable, and we strongly recommend carefully checking your selected sessions before completing your purchase.
In exceptional circumstances, limited session swaps may be considered where capacity allows. Please note that all session change requests must be submitted to ask@lesmills.com.au and are handled manually due to system limitations. As a result, changes may take up to five (5) working days to be reflected on your eticket.
Because this process is not immediate and availability cannot be guaranteed, we highly recommend ensuring you have selected the correct sessions at the time of purchase when ticket sales go live.
No. The VIP Add-on experience is an optional Add-on and does not include access to Event sessions.
You must first purchase tickets for all sessions you wish to attend. The VIP Add-on can then be purchased on top of your selected sessions.
The VIP Add-on does include one exclusive VIP only session on Friday night, which does not require a separate session ticket.
A total of 250 VIP Add-on tickets will be available. This limited allocation ensures a high-quality experience for VIP passholders.
VIP Add-on tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and will not be restocked once sold out.
You must present your Event ticket (QR code) and valid Photo ID or Passport.
Entry may be refused if valid identification cannot be produced, and no refund will be provided.
Participants are required to present valid Photo ID or Passport at Event check-in.
If the name on your ticket does not match the identification presented, your ticket will be cancelled and entry refused, with no refund provided.
Yes. The minimum age to attend and participate is 16 years. Participants aged 16–17 must have parental or legal guardian consent accompanied during check-in.
Yes. Participants are expected to dress appropriately for physical activity and behave in a safe, respectful, and considerate manner.
Les Mills Asia Pacific reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who do not comply.
Participants may queue only for themselves. Queueing on behalf of multiple people or groups of friends is not permitted. If a participant who is already in the queue needs to briefly step away (for example, to use the washroom), an Event staff member may earmark and temporarily hold their place in the queue at their discretion.
All participants must follow the official queueing system, timing, and instructions provided by Les Mills Asia Pacific and venue staff. This includes session entry, wristband collection, and any controlled access areas.
Failure to comply with queueing procedures or staff directions may result in denied entry, removal from the Event, or cancellation of tickets without refund.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, participants may bring only the following items into the workout halls:
Water bottles must be fully sealed to prevent leaks that could affect flooring, equipment, or technical cabling.
No other items are permitted inside the halls.
No, there are no shower facilities available at the Siam Paragon venue.
Yes. Water refill stations will be available throughout the Event space, including within Sala Siam and Lotus Studio.
Participants are encouraged to bring a sealed water bottle for use during the Event.
Yes. A dedicated bag drop will be available at LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok for attendee convenience. Please note that suitcases and oversized or heavy bags cannot be accepted. Bags must be of a size and weight that can be safely handed over the counter by the participant.
While reasonable care will be taken, Les Mills Asia Pacific is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, and all personal belongings are left at your own risk.
If you require more secure or larger storage, we recommend using one of the locker services available within the shopping mall. Please enquire with the Siam Paragon Concierge for more information.
Yes. Our partner, adidas, will be hosting a merchandise activation at LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok, available on both event days.
Co‑badged LES MILLS × adidas apparel will be available for sale, so be sure to get in early - these limited items are expected to sell fast.
VIP ticket holders will enjoy exclusive early access to the adidas activation on Friday night, the evening before the event.
Yes. Non ticket holders may access the exhibition area to visit the adidas activation and other event partners.
Yes. Photography, video recording, and livestreaming may take place before, during, or after the Event.
By attending, you consent to your image being used by Les Mills Asia Pacific for promotional and reporting purposes.
Yes. Mobile phones are permitted, and participants may record short clips up to 30 seconds for personal use. Professional cameras, video cameras, or recording equipment, tripods, camera poles, and camera rigs are not permitted.
For the enjoyment and respect of those around you, we encourage participants to be mindful when recording and to focus on being present in the experience, rather than recording large portions of sessions.
Les Mills Asia Pacific reserves the right to restrict recording or ask participants to stop filming if it disrupts the experience of others or Event operations.
