WHAT ARE QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS?

Part of the Les Mills creed is to remain at the forefront of fitness innovation and to help Instructors and clubs achieve greatness.

Quarterly Workshops are exciting in-person events where Les Mills Instructors come together to upskill and experience the new program Releases first-hand, before launching them to members; and to share in the latest education around how to best teach them.

Every new Release is backed by science and set to the hottest and latest music. It’s typical for each Quarterly Release to include changes and updates with regards to technique, exercise selection and even coaching models. This continuous three-monthly cycle means that innovations can be applied to the very next Release, so you can always feel confident that you’re teaching the safest, most effective class to your members; and in a way that will get them moving and motivated so they can achieve the results they seek and keep coming back.

PLEASE NOTE: QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS ARE FOR TRAINED LES MILLS INSTRUCTORS ONLY

although Trainees (those who have completed Days 1 and 2, but not yet Day 3) may be eligible to attend In-Person Workshops. To find out more, Trainees can contact email ask@lesmills.com.au.

If you have any questions about Quarterly Workshops, please contact our Instructor Specialist team by emailing ask@lesmills.com.au. or chat with us via Facebook Messenger

Due to onsite capacity restrictions, some Masterclasses at In-Person Workshops will only be accessible to Instructors who are trained in the program. If there are vacancies on the day however, you may attend a Masterclass for a program that you are not trained to teach; these places will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis.

Places at In-Person Workshops are limited and tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend you book quickly to avoid disappointment.

With regards to In-Person Workshops in Southeast Asia, unfortunately, cost-effective In-Person Workshops require a certain number of participants, and with capacity limits at venues and other pandemic-related complexities, the impact is that some programs are unable to be delivered in the Live format, this time around.
