I had an incredible time watching my baby SH’BAM bring so much joy into the hearts and minds of thousands of people, and sharing the stage and the floor with some of the world’s best humans. I owe so much to every single SH’BAM Instructor and participant who has supported and guided and encouraged me along. You all have the most special place in my heart. Thank you for every drop of sweat, every LOL and every euphoric life-changing experience. I consider myself very fortunate to have had this time and space. Needless to say, for those who know me, this has been a very hard decision to make.
