Instructor Training is centred around 3 days of training, which is attended 100% face-to-face, or as a blend of online and face-to-face training.

BODYCOMBAT®

Members will punch and kick their way to total fitness with this martial arts-inspired workout. Available in 30 and 60-minute formats.

BODYJAM®

A high-energy cardio workout that turns the fitness studio into a dance floor. Available in 30, 45 and 55-minute formats.

BODYPUMP®
