INTRODUCING THE ELEARNING HUB AND PREWORK

The eLearning Hub is a new platform that provides trainees with 24/7 access to training materials, video lectures, and learning tools in a clear, structured format, 16 days before Initial Training.

Through the eLearning Hub, trainees will learn Key Elements 1, 2, and 3 (Choreography, Technique, and Coaching) during their Prework, providing foundational knowledge before attending training. Upon completing their Prework, trainees must demonstrate their understanding of these Key elements by submitting a recorded video of themselves teaching an assigned track, applying what they’ve learned to the best of their ability.

With these fundamentals covered in Prework, Days 1 and 2 will focus on refinement, teaching, the assigned track, live feedback, and learning Key Elements 4 and 5 (Connection and Performance).

Prework tasks and recorded videos must be submitted at least five calendar days before training begins to ensure trainees arrive fully prepared.

SHORTER TRAINING PATHWAY

The pathway between Day 2 and Day 3 (Certification Day) has been shortened from eight weeks to five, allowing trainees to get certified faster and start teaching sooner.
