WHAT ARE QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS?
Quarterly Workshops are exciting upskill events where Les Mills Instructors come together to experience and receive the latest education around the new Les Mills Releases. Quarterly Workshops are unique opportunities to meet, mingle and network with like-minded Instructors, to catch up on the latest education and to ask questions of the Les Mills Asia Pacific Presenter teams.
Part of the Les Mills creed is to remain at the forefront of fitness innovation and to help Instructors and clubs achieve greatness. Releasing new workouts every three months that are backed by science and set to the latest tunes, enables you to always feel confident that you're teaching the safest, most effective and up-to-date class to your members.
Quarterly Workshops are designed for certified Les Mills Instructors; however, if you're a Trainee who is currently completing the 8-week pathway, leading to your Day 3 certification, you are also welcome to attend the upcoming Quarterly Workshops. Every Quarter, Digital Release Kits are produced to help Les Mills Instructors learn the new Releases. These Kits contain the Masterclass videos, choreography notes and digital music files. To receive a discount on your Release Kit(s), simply activate your Release Kit Subscription in the Releases Store. Not only will you save $$$ on your Kit price, but if you're attending In-Person Workshops then your early access will be granted upon check-in.
IMPORTANT: To access the discount for Q1.24 Release Kits, make sure you have activated your Subscription before Sunday 25th of February 2024.

Release Kits are available starting on the 12th of March 2024. If you are attending LES MILLS LIVE Brisbane, you’ll receive your kits upon check-in to the event.
As LES MILLS LIVE is a massive undertaking, and for the experience to fit into a weekend schedule, it does mean that some programs are unable to be included this time around.
Currently music licensing restrictions prohibit the use of original music while live-streaming. Therefore, all Masterclasses at eWorkshops must use cover music.

You can access the live-streamed eWorkshops on any device or computer that can accommodate Vimeo. For the best experience however, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer with a wired internet connection.
