Terms and Conditions


  1. General
    • LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok 2026 (the “Event”) is organised by Garnama Pty Ltd (trading as Les Mills Asia Pacific) (“LMAP”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    • The Event is organised and staged subject to all applicable laws, statutes, common law, regulations, ordinances, codes, rules, guidelines, order, permits, tariffs, and approvals, including those relating to environment, health and safety or sanitary measures of any governmental authority that applied to participants (“you”)(together “Applicable Laws”).
    • These Terms and Conditions set out and comprise all of the legal terms applying between LMAP and you in relation to your registration to participate and your participation in the Event. There are part of the agreement that you are concluding with us when registering for the Event.
    • LMAP reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these Rules and Regulations and the Privacy Policy from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, LMAP shall be the authority to interpret and in doing so, LMAP will take into account the interests of all the affected Participants. It is the responsibility of the affected Participant to keep abreast with any changes. Please check back the Official Website regularly for updated Rules and Regulations and the Privacy Policy.
    • LMAP reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions including if there is a change in the Applicable Laws or amendments due to changes in the event structure. If we do implement such changes, LMAP will duly notify you or any such changes in advance.
    • In the event of any discrepancy between the English original version and a foreign language translation, the English original version shall prevail and govern in all respects.
  2. Eligibility and Entry
    • The minimum age to attend and participate in the Event is 16 years.
    • Participants aged 16–17 must have parental or guardian consent.
    • LMAP reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who does not meet eligibility requirements.
  3. Assumption of Risk
    • You acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, serious injury, or death, which may result from overexertion, equipment failure, dehydration, collisions with other participants, or other causes.
    • You confirm that you are medically fit to participate safely. If you have a preexisting medical condition or are uncertain about your fitness, you must seek medical advice prior to participating.
    • You agree not to participate if advised otherwise by a medical professional.
  4. Release and Indemnity
    • By participating, you voluntarily accept all risks arising from your participation, including those resulting from the acts, omissions, or negligence of yourself, other participants, LMAP, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, venue staff, or members of the public.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify LMAP and all associated parties, LMAP’s employees, representatives and vicarious agents from any claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Event.
    • This release and indemnity is ongoing and binding on your heirs, executors, personal representatives, and assigns.
    • Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms and Conditions, LMAP does not seek to exclude or limit its liability (in) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation: (ii) for death or personal injury caused by LMAP or it’s officers’, employees’, agents’ negligence, gross negligence or intent; (iii) damages of other financial loss caused as a consequence of our gross negligence or intent, or (iv) for any other matter for which it is not possible to exclude or limit liability by Applicable Laws (including your statutory rights and rights as a consumer).
  5. Medical Treatment
    • You consent to receive reasonable and necessary emergency medical treatment, including ambulance transportation, that LMAP considers necessary during or after the Event. You shall solely bear all costs that you incur in the event you require medical treatment.
    • If you have asthma or another managed medical condition, you are responsible for carrying and administering your own medication.
  6. Insurance and Safety
    • You acknowledge that any insurance coverage applicable to the Event may not cover all injury, loss, or damage sustained.
    • Any safety measures provided by LMAP are a service to participants and do not constitute a guarantee of safety.
  7. Ticket Limits, Name Matching and Eligibility
    • Each participant may purchase one (1) ticket only. Group or bulk ticket purchases under a single name are not permitted unless expressly approved by LMAP.
    • All tickets must be registered using the participant’s full legal name exactly as it appears on their valid government issued identification (for example, Passport or National ID).
    • LMAP reserves the right to cancel any ticket where the registered name does not reasonably match the identification presented at Event check-in, or where it is determined that false, incomplete, or misleading details have been provided.
    • Any cancelled tickets under this clause will be void and nonrefundable.
  8. Instructor Discount Codes
    • Discount codes are issued exclusively for instructors who are presently certified LES MILLS Instructors registered with LMAP (“LMAP Instructors”).
    • Instructor discount codes are not valid for instructors affiliated with Les Mills entities outside of the LMAP region. Overseas instructors are not eligible to use these discount codes.
    • Where an Instructor-only discount code is used, the first name, last name, and contact details provided at the time of purchase must accurately match the details held on record by Les Mills Asia Pacific for that Instructor.
    • Les Mills Asia Pacific reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. If a ticket is found to have been purchased using an Instructor-only discount code by an individual who is not an eligible Instructor, or where the purchaser’s details do not reasonably match our records, Les Mills Asia Pacific may cancel the ticket without refund and without further notice.
    • Any attempted misuse of Instructor-only discount codes may also result in the purchaser being refused entry to the Event.
  9. Partner Promotions and Third-Party Offers

    LMAP may, from time to time, collaborate with selected partners to offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or bundled offers for specific sessions or ticket types at LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok 2026. Such promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:

    • Promotional pricing is valid only through the specified partner channel and for the selected session(s) or ticket type(s) stated in the promotion, subject to availability.​
    • Promotional codes cannot be combined with Instructor discount codes or any other discount.​
    • LMAP reserves the right to modify, limit, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time prior to purchase completion.​
    • All tickets purchased through partner promotions remain subject to the general Terms and Conditions of LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok 2026, including non-transferability, name verification, and refund policies.​
    • LMAP is not responsible for the distribution, availability, or accuracy of promotional offers or codes administered by third-party partners, except to the extent required by applicable law.​
  10. Registration, Tickets and Identification
    • Event registrations are nontransferable and cannot be sold, transferred, swapped, shared, or deferred to a future event.
    • Any attempt to transfer a registration may result in cancellation without refund, voided insurance coverage, and exclusion from future LMAP events.
    • Participants must present a valid Event ticket (QR code) and proof of identification (Driver License, National ID, or Passport) at Event check-in.
  11. Refunds, Changes and Cancellations
    • Registration fees are nonrefundable if you are unable to attend.
    • Subject to Clause 1, LMAP reserves the right to change the Event format, schedule, or content at its discretion. These Terms and Conditions will continue to apply to any amended Event.
    • If the Event is cancelled, entry fees may be nonrefundable.
    • LMAP is under no obligation to hold the Event in its entirety or in parts and, subject to this Clause 9, may without any further liability, including but not limited to any travel- and/or accommodations amendment made, postpone or cancel the Event in full or in part, or change the time or location of, for any reason, including due to; severe weather conditions, natural disasters (such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, or fires), epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, strikes, government actions, embargoes, power failures and any other cause beyond the reasonable control of LMAP rendering the staging of the Event in full or in part impossible on an objective or subjective (so called “economic impossibility”) basis (each referred to as “Force Majeure Event”).
  12. Conduct and Compliance
    • You agree to follow all reasonable directions issued by LMAP and venue representatives.
    • LMAP reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
    • Participant dress must be tasteful, appropriate for physical activity, and aligned with common standards of decency.
    • LMAP will implement controlled queueing systems, access schedules, or entry procedures for sessions, areas, or services at the Event. Participants must comply with all queueing instructions, timelines, and directions issued by LMAP, Event staff, or venue representatives. Any participant who fails to follow queueing procedures, attempts to bypass queues, or behaves in a manner that disrupts Event operations or safety will have their access restricted, be removed from the Event, or have their ticket cancelled without refund.
    • LMAP’s decisions relating to Event participation are final and no other disputes thereafter will be entertained.
  13. Photography, Filming and Media Use
    • LMAP, it’s partners, representatives and vicarious agents reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of your name, face, likeness, voice and appearance), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event including any programs, event(s), talk(s) demonstrations(s), or any such activities associated before, during or after the Event
    • LMAP owns all such content and may use your image, name, and likeness for promotional, reporting, or commercial purposes across any media without further consent.
    • LMAP is not responsible for images captured by unauthorised third parties.
  14. Privacy and Communications
    • You consent to your name being used in connection with Event photography promotions, including on websites where images may be available for purchase.
    • Your contact details may be included in the Event database for operational communications and future Event updates from LMAP.
  15. LES MILLS Intellectual property Rights
    • LMI exclusively owns all rights, titles and interests in Les Mills Materials, Intellectual Property and Improvements and Goodwill is (and will be) owned exclusively by LMI, it’s licensors and/or LMAP regardless of the media or other forms in which it is emboldened, now or in the future.
  16. Personal Property
    • You are responsible for the security of your personal belongings. LMAP accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property at the Event.
  17. Acknowledgement
    • You confirm that you are 18 years or older, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of a participant under 18.
    • You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
