Wipe mat with a soft damp (microfibre) cloth. If using solution, apply it to the cloth first; not directly on the mat. We recommend using a 1:20 solution of oil-free soap or vinegar and warm water. Mat is not machine washable. Hang to dry.
For storage, roll with the top surface (with Les Mills logo) facing out. Rolling in opposite direction can damage mat surface.
