Staying fit and active is a wonder drug for both mental and physical health, and our teams across the globe are hustling to make it super easy for people to exercise right now.
Ultimately, it’s most important that your participants are able to remain connected to you and to your club, as this will allow your club to retain members, and to reopen as soon as possible. We are doing this in three ways:
1. Clubs can live-stream workouts to your members at home
During this COVID-19 period where the Government stipulates that Clubs must remain closed, we’ve provided Clubs with currently active licensing, with access to temporary workouts that use original royalty-free music, so they can engage their Instructors to live-stream classes to participants, using their social media channels.
If your Club hasn’t received an email from us with details around this, then have them drop their local Business Partnership Manager a note to find out more.
2. Workout with Les Mills Program Directors
If you haven’t already done so, join the Official Les Mills Livestream Facebook Group where our Program Directors are delivering unique workouts for Instructors, so you can enjoy working out with them.
3. Special LES MILLS On Demand offer for clubs and Instructors
