Located in the Philippines, Anytime Fitness SM City North Edsa opened in February 2024 and has been offering BODYCOMBAT from the day it launched.
“Our member demographic includes males and females, and the young to not-so-young-but-young-at-heart!” says Adrian.
The club offers two BODYCOMBAT classes per week, with each one typically seeing around 25 to 35 members attend. This has grown, over time, from the earlier days which saw around 5 to 15 participants per session.
“In a BODYCOMBAT class, we can have everyone from young professionals to senior citizens. It’s generally clients who want a cardio workout but who might also be looking for something a little more extreme,” explains Keith.
“Our BODYCOMBAT participants are typically a mix of beginners and experienced members. At our club, it’s all about mixing these different journeys together and getting everyone to the same place – which is wherever they want to be!” says Nico.
Members at Anytime Fitness SM City North Edsa are equally passionate about the program. Here’s what some of them said about BODYCOMBAT:
BODYCOMBAT 100 Celebrations
“We held a really big event to celebrate BODYCOMBAT 100,” says Keith.
“We invited partners and sponsors and we really wanted to give back to the attendees by ensuring we launched BODYCOMBAT 100 inside the club, in a big way.”
Nico adds, “Celebrating 25 years of BODYCOMBAT is a big deal, so we made sure our event had a lot of excitement, a lot of energy, and a lot of sweat! We also wanted to show the people what BODYCOMBAT was all about, and how it can bring them together to introduce them to the new Release and help get them to where they want to be in their fitness.”
Keith adds, “The goal of the event was to attract more clients and inform other members of Anytime Fitness in the Philippines, where BODYCOMBAT is available. The key metric was a high number of attendees (i.e., around 40 to 50), which was successfully achieved.”
“The last 10 months has been a great journey for us and, personally, as an Instructor and former client, I want to bring BODYCOMBAT – a program that I am so passionate about – to a bigger audience here in the Philippines,” concludes Adrian.
