A rollercoaster release with epic music and a lot of techno beats to transport you to the INCREDIBLE nightclub energy felt at Kraftwerk Berlin. BODYATTACK #127 is very athletic and will push everyone to the limit, but there is a real focus on showing and explaining the workout options, so it's great for all abilities. And thanks to a hit playlist (including some TikTok trending favourites), there’s plenty of fun amidst the challenge.
According to Nel Baxter, Track 3 is a standout. “We bring back the aerobic feel we love, but don't be fooled … it gives you that same heart rate kicker as a circuit track!” Another favourite is Track 9. “There is just so much feeling, with the big beats and big moves ... You can play through the highs and the lows which are SO powerful and then you have an epic burpee finisher!”
Sebastian Jaramillo explains that, like every BODYATTACK release, there are fresh innovations. “I encourage you to take a close look at Track 6 and the Knee-Hip combination, which will help prepare you for the fast and reactive movements and arm combination in Track 8. During this track ‘Heaven’ plays and you’ll feel the love, passion and power from Berlin. When the Track 9 beats hit, your heart will reach the highest level – it’s athletic and powerful. And the Stretch track by German artist Helena Fischer leaves you feeling all the love, positivity and passion felt during the Berlin filming.”
BODYBALANCE™ #107
Presenters: Khiran Huston, Berti Voigt, Eileen Post, Jessica Wong, Cathérine Pirnack, Constance Hinterwinkler, Tarsia Tharun, Eric Jacobi, Eva Brehme, Helena Broch, Julia Hader, Laura Charruff, Fraser Beck

BODYBALANCE #107 is all about love. Eileen Post describes it as: “A calm, yet strong release which carries a lot of love throughout the whole class. It allows you to get very internal and to connect to the music.” Berti Voigt explains that the focus is on encouraging participants and Instructors to treat their bodies with love – through movement, breath, and self-care.
“My favourite track is definitely the Tai Chi Warm-Up, and I loved having the honour of presenting it. The choreography perfectly sets the feel for the class – helping us to breathe, release, and connect with our bodies.” Jessica Wong agrees that this opening track is a highlight, “I absolutely love the heartwarming Tai Chi sequence not just because it's a moment of self-love, but also because it feels like we're extending that love to someone we care for.” Elements of Tai Chi also make a reappearance in the Balance track, which has a beautifully sensual and slightly ‘dancey’ feel.
Berti says anyone after a twist on the traditional Standing Strength tracks will be pleasantly surprised. Instead of the traditional Warrior or Triangle poses, there is more of a mobility and strengthening flow which is designed to improve alignment and range of motion. He adds: “Don’t worry, it’s still as challenging and strengthening as ever!”
“This is definitely one of those releases that combines uplifting energy with deep connection, leaving everyone feeling inspired and renewed.”
BODYCOMBAT™ #102
Presenters: Dan Cohen, Rachael Newsham, Vili Fifita, Windy Gao, Mai Sato, Kenshin Tani, Natasha Vincent, Andree Holtmeyer, Carina Simm, Eileen Post, Fanian Spinz, Marcus Muller, Niclas Bickert, Norman Rauschenberg, Tim Pfannkuch, Lea Nordsieck, Mario Antonio Giannone, Lula Slaughter, Adam Wadhwa, César Ferrer, Cristina Ramírez, Anthony Oxford, Marlon Woods

“Prepare to feel like you’re raving in a club in Berlin!” Eileen Post says BODYCOMBAT #102 is light, fun and with music that helps you find power and strength. “Track 4 is a masterpiece. The moves fit the music perfectly and the song guides you from focus, to control, to intensity – it’s an incredible feeling reaching the drop of the music and unleashing your power.” She adds that Track 6 and 7 are also musical highlights! This release also brings a few new move variations. “Side Kicks to the front might bring a new cognitive challenge, and be ready to feel your thighs burning like never before as you PULSE (sorry what?!) in the backwards Esquiva!”
BODYJAM™ #111
Gandalf says this release introduces an absolute colossal innovation for all Jam instructors who teach in a dance-studio style room (with mirrors all along one wall and no stage). “With BODYJAM #111 we spotlight something new … WE FACE THE MIRRORS. This means you can see the choreography taught to perfection while showcasing the essence of how BODYJAM feels when the members are all connected to the instructor through the use of the mirror! And also there is probably the best ever Fred Again… song ‘Delilah (Pull me out of this)’. This track is so stunning I literally used it twice!”
BODYPUMP™ #132
Presenters: Glen Ostergaard, Ben Main, Windy Gao, Levi Farrell, Amy Lu, Jessica Wong, Billy Aw, Alexander Fehling, Betty Keller, Federica Mauro, Julia Bausenwein, Katja Zick, Péter Kovács, Anna Kerstan, Thiemo Schultens, Marlene Buher, Bruno Castro, Lula Slaughter, Veronika Benesova, José Blanes, Anthony Oxford, Bronte Terrell, Thomas Delfour, Marlon Woods

“BODYPUMP #132 is SO Berlin!” says Jessica Wong. “The energy is palpable, with about two dozen trainers sharing their passion on stage and 1,500 Instructors and fans experiencing it live – it was unforgettable!”
Billy Aw agrees, “This release brings together a trifecta of immersive movement, memorable moments, and magic. It integrates modern, futuristic innovations with fresh music and exercises that will captivate Instructors and members … Get ready to party!”
“There’s a real clubby but powerful playlist, starting with Track 2, which brings six minutes of beat-dropping hype!” says Jessica. “The intensity of the music is motivating, and the choreography is simple so you can focus on working hard and coaching concisely without overpowering the music.” Then, the uplifting and celebratory sounds of Track 3 kick in. "It's the ideal contrast, with a nice ebb and flow to accentuate the range of feels. It just makes me happy.”
Jessica adds that the workout is a great physical and mental challenge. “We see the return of some newer moves, such as the Hip Thrust / Triceps combo, which is a cool way to work large and small muscle groups while bringing in a focus on stability and coordination. If you or your participants have trouble with this, break the move down and start with the Triceps work so you can perform it safely and with confidence.”
For Billy, the Shoulders track is hard to beat: ”Everyone brought their A-game, making the track both euphoric and iconic, with unforgettable energy – and hyper-focus for the last set. I also love the new approach of incorporating a counter-spine movement after the Back track. It works the body in such an intelligent way, enhancing overall effectiveness and efficiency.”
Another highlight is the Chest Press to Fly. Here, the soundtrack shines again, with the powerful combination of music and movement stirring up intense emotions. "I won't sugarcoat it," says Billy. "I had a good cry on stage during this track. I started to tear up because it was a truly emotional realisation for me – being in Berlin, teaching in front of hundreds of people. At that moment, I felt the weight of the world being lifted, and I was transported. That's the magic of group exercise, is it not?"
LES MILLS CORE™ #57
Presenters: Kylie Gates, René Vogel, Berti Voigt, Sebastian Jaramillo, Hamza Bkira, Marco Frey, Mathias Kroeber, Julia Zimmermann, Julia Scheve, Florian Pillin, Luz Lezcano, Bronte Terrell, Fiona Tamburrini

“Powerful yet fun, this release has an underground Berlin feel, with incredible energy and great music!" Berti Voigt thinks Instructors and members will love the combination of intensity with fun: "The music and choreography are top-notch, and it's the kind of workout that energises you while challenging your strength and endurance. I also think lots of Instructors will be excited by the way we’ve blended strength and mobility and the huge variety of movements.”
Sebastian Jaramillo explains that the release is full of innovations and different ways to train your core in a holistic way, saying the Pendulum Plank in Track 2 and Copenhagen Plank in Track 5 are two highlights.
“I absolutely love Track 5,” adds Berti. “The choreography, the song, and the team-teaching. I think it will be my favourite LES MILLS CORE track for a long time. The remix of 'Head Down' by Lost Frequencies and SUARK is massive, and it really sets the tone for the entire release.”
LES MILLS DANCE™ #7

“LES MILLS DANCE #7 has big stadium energy and movements to match,” says Summer Bradley, whose favourite track is the K-Pop Track 5. “It’s playful and stylised: the movement matches the music so well, and I love drilling the grooves to the different tempos. I also love Track 2, Missy Elliott’s ‘Work It’. Everybody knows the song, so you can all jam along together.” Summer also picks Track 9 as a highlight: “There’s a real feeling of freedom once you reach the full combination.”
“Overall, this release is powerful with incredible music! There’s a mix of old and new sounds, from big powerful songs through to pop bangers. You get lots of different feels – moments to be BIG and moments to be subtle and playful.”
LES MILLS GRIT™ #51
Presenters: Ben Main, Levi Farrell, Nel Baxter, Kenshin Tani, Mai Sato, Billy Aw, Natasha Vincent, Lina Michaelis, Maik Wedel, Ralf Schneider, Patrick Mueller, Yves Van Den Eynden, Eva Dobsova

A powerful combo of innovative programming, fresh elements, and an elevated level of athleticism sets LES MILLS GRIT #51 apart from past releases.
“The sequence of exercises is just perfect,” explains Billy Aw, who believes the intensity is precisely calibrated—bringing you close to your peak without pushing you over the edge. “It achieves a perfect balance of yin and yang – the lightness of simplicity in the exercises and the intense challenge of the HIIT zone.”
Billy picks Track 2 as the most exhilarating part of the workout. “The movements in this track are incredibly challenging, skyrocketing our heart rates to new heights. There is a lot of intensity and coordination required to truly push us to our limits.”
When it comes to music, Billy says the beats during Track 3 are euphoric! “The uplifting rhythm and energising tempo make every rep feel more powerful and satisfying, allowing me to push harder and enjoy the workout more.”
LES MILLS SHAPES™ #7

According to Sebastian Jaramillo, this release is packed with innovations, and the way the movements are combined makes the workout feel completely different from any LES MILLS SHAPES workout you’ve done before.
“Track 2 is definitely my favourite! It features several combinations together, so you train your core 100% from all possible angles – it’s a big challenge, but it’s fun. I also like the innovation that comes with the Strength Series track of Yogalates. The thoughtful combinations and order of movements help you reach your goals faster (my challenge is the balance!).”
THE TRIP™ #40: N O V A
Presenters: Chris Richardson and Khiran Huston
A milestone marking 10 years of THE TRIP™, this celebratory release takes us to the resort destination of NOVA. We begin with a reveal of the city before we drop with energy and commence our ride through the light-filled streets. The journey takes us to the highway, up the hill, and over the lake. Despite being in the dark, the colour and light fill the space, and motivation comes from the shape of the road and the beats of the music. We may occasionally slow, but we never stop—riding in-between the beats with a continuous flow that keeps us connected and close to whatever intensity we choose to bring on the day.
Filmed with both Chris and Khiran back in the studio, this release combines what you liked most about recent filming, but with more focus on connection to the music, the visuals, and the riders. We hope you like it.
