We need your help!

ARTICLE 4 OF 4 FOR CLUBS

In this final article of our four-part series, addressing the importance of protecting the Les Mills brand against piracy, counterfeits and unauthorised use or sharing of content as a way to protect yourself and your club, we are asking for your help.

Les Mills International (LMI) invests a lot of time and money into the production of each and every Les Mills Quarterly Release. Unfortunately, there is still a small contingent of instructors and clubs who are knowingly and intentionally involved in the unlawful trade of Les Mills’ intellectual property.

Here at Les Mills Asia Pacific, our recently established in-house legal department has a number of ongoing investigations in our local markets, we need your help to ensure that, moving forwards, the Les Mills brand remains protected and preserved.

The bottom line is, if content piracy or other unauthorised use and/or sharing of Les Mills materials or counterfeit products were to become the norm in our industry, then this could have a detrimental impact on your fitness business.

How can you help?

The way that you can help, is by ensuring that you, your peers and your clubs continue to only purchase Les Mills Releases from authorised platform such as the Les Mills Asia Pacific Instructor portal. And, should you come across any illegal, unauthorised or counterfeit offerings, we urge you to please report it immediately by emailing your local Business Partnership Manager in Australia or Southeast Asia or ask@lesmills.com.au, so we can follow it up, discreetly and swiftly.

As detailed in our previous emails, brand protection and preservation is in the best interests of all Les Mills Instructors, Club Partners and members. So, we thank you for your support in this important matter and welcome any feedback you may have via ask@lesmills.com.au.
